
Another aspect of inspiration for this project was people living in shanty houses in south africa. People living here would decorate their homes with bright colours and patterns, making their “shacks” feel like a home. I love their spirit and how these people are all so happy with the little they have, as they say, “It is love in the home that builds it, and that is what makes us happy.”
Makes you think that we are more than lucky with what we have and the opportunities we are given.
